Who we are
Aristotle Digital Corp is a small business based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, offering bookkeeping, IT, and custom software services. As a Canadian business, we handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can reach us any time through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, and message. That information is used solely to respond to your inquiry — we don't add you to a marketing list without your consent. Submissions are delivered to our inbox through SendPulse, the email service we use to process contact form messages. This site has no user accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts of any kind — we don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools here.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (things like IP address and browser user agent) for a short period, purely for security and operational purposes — troubleshooting issues and spotting abuse. We don't use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
Our social media pages and LinkedIn API use
Our business pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies, not this one. We use LinkedIn's Community Management API solely to publish content to our own Aristotle Digital Corp Company Page, on our own behalf — never to access, collect, or store data belonging to other LinkedIn members, and never for advertising or profiling purposes. Any LinkedIn API access tokens are stored on our own private infrastructure, are never shared with third parties, and are deleted immediately if we stop using the integration. If you'd like us to delete any LinkedIn-related data we hold, just ask through the contact form and we'll remove it promptly.
Sharing your information
We never sell your personal information. We only disclose it to the service providers named in this policy (currently SendPulse, for delivering contact form emails), or where we're legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to serve the relationship — for example, while we're discussing or delivering a project with you. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask through the contact form and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Reach out through the contact page and we'll respond promptly.
